About Embroidery Services, Inc.

Embroidery Services, Inc. was founded in 1977 in Illinois by brothers Mark and John Reppert, who began by embroidering satin jackets and bowling shirts using a manual, hand-cranked Bonnaz embroidery machine. From the beginning, the company focused on embroidery as a craft—not as an add-on.

As demand grew, so did the operation. The business expanded into contract embroidery for uniform manufacturers, investing in multi-head automated equipment and building the systems needed to support high-volume production. In 1994, the company incorporated as Embroidery Services, Inc.

Today, Embroidery Services operates over 42 embroidery heads, providing wholesale contract embroidery to businesses and organizations nationwide. Our clients rely on us for consistent quality, reliable turnaround, and the ability to handle volume without surprises—trust built through more than 45 years of continuous operation.

In 2021, the original founders retired, and the company continued under the leadership of Jantina Lowe, President and CEO. Jantina and her team began their embroidery careers under the direct tutelage of the founders, preserving the standards, discipline, and craftsmanship that shaped the business from the start.

Embroidery Services, Inc. is proudly located in historic Lincoln, Illinois, where all embroidery is produced in-house, using commercial embroidery equipment and U.S.-sourced threads and supplies whenever possible. This keeps quality control close and craftsmanship at the center of everything we do.
